HighWater CTP has been set up specifically to provide a comprehensive level of Sales and Technical Support to CRON dealers across Europe.

We are fully backed by CRON and committed to providing a demonstration and sample facility, online and telephone support, full spares facility and regular monthly technical training classes for dealer engineers.

Our facility is on the North side of London at Kings Langley in Hertfordshire, within easy reach of major London airports like Heathrow and Luton and only 25 minutes by train from central London (Euston).

Dealer support is an important part of our business and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service. As an example our website is constantly evolving and our aim is to provide as much help and support online as possible with Dealer access to downloads, technical information and a forum for Q&A discussion and FAQs.
